Underwhelming stay. Service inconsistent
avoiding chef stained furniture
I remember this place having better service. the egg chef seemed to avoid eye contact, and he pretended to wash potatoes instead of taking requests. the breakfast experience was frustrating. I felt ignored. basic cleanliness was an issue as well. I noticed hair on the floor and stained furniture.

inefficient system late entertainment
The outdoor facilities were acceptable with a wrap around pool, a bar, deck chairs and umbrellas.
I encountered several disappointing issues. The system of reserving sunbeds involved wandering around and checking cards. The evening entertainment consisted of singers until 11:00 PM. This was quite late for families. The hotel felt dated overall.

Excellent Beachfront Stay

The location is fantastic with a direct view of the Mediterranean sea. A bus stop is very close. I had easy access to transportation. My room was spacious, with a TV and an electric kettle. I appreciated the daily cleaning service. The beach offered clear water. I liked the convenient umbrella reservation system.
The furnishings are a bit old, and I noticed some stray cats on the terrace.

Organizing a family gathering here really exceeded my expectations. the hotel provided ample space, and the staff were very attentive. They handled everything with precision. the rooms were clean and well-equipped. the location proved convenient, near the beach and with easy access to amenities, though the parking was expensive.
I noticed a slight issue. The gym equipment seemed a bit outdated, but it did not detract too much from my overall experience.

adequate stay with issues
poor guidance breakfast issues
the room was spacious enough to move around freely.
the service did disappoint me. the front desk personnel failed to offer basic guidance upon arrival. also, i found several hairs on the floor. the breakfast service was substandard because the chef was avoiding guests.
